The Adtru browser extension (“the Extension”) is operated by Target Pro Mastery LLC (“we”, “Adtru”). It displays advertising analytics from your Adtru account as additional columns inside Meta Ads Manager. This policy covers the Extension specifically; the Adtru service itself is governed by our main Privacy Policy.
What the Extension collects and why
- Sign-in. When you sign in, your Adtru email and password are transmitted over HTTPS directly to our API (api.adtru.ai) solely to issue an access token. Your password is never stored by the Extension.
- Access token.Stored locally in your browser’s extension storage. You can revoke it at any time by pressing Disconnect in the Extension popup or by signing in again on another device.
- Metrics requests. To display your columns, the Extension sends our API the ad account id, the level (campaign / ad set / ad), the selected date range, and your chosen sales-counting view. Our API responds with your own advertising metrics — readable only with your token, and only for ad accounts connected to your Adtru workspaces.
- Page content. The Extension reads the Ads Manager table locally (row positions and object names) to align its columns with the page. This information stays in your browser and is not transmitted anywhere.
The Extension never reads, stores, or transmits your Meta (Facebook) password or Meta access tokens, and cannot act on your Meta account. It renders a read-only overlay of your own Adtru analytics.
What we do not do
- No collection of browsing history.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs inside the Extension.
- No selling or sharing of any data with third parties.
- No use of data for advertising, profiling, or creditworthiness purposes.
Data retention
The locally stored token persists until you press Disconnect or uninstall the Extension. Server-side data handling and retention are governed by the Adtru service Privacy Policy.
