Adtru is an advertising attribution platform that helps businesses connect their Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track return on advertising spend (ROAS) and optimize campaign performance.
Our platform enables you to:
- Connect Meta advertising data with CRM sales data
- Calculate accurate return on advertising spend (ROAS)
- Track which specific ads and campaigns generate revenue
- Optimize advertising budgets based on actual conversion data
- Send conversion events back to Meta to improve ad performance
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Adtru in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.
These Terms apply to all users, including individual business owners, companies, and organizations using Adtru for advertising attribution purposes.
Eligibility
To use Adtru, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
- Operate a legitimate business with active advertising campaigns
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Account Registration and Security

To use Adtru, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
Account Restrictions
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts for the same business without authorization
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use another person's account without permission
- Create accounts using false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Platform Usage and Restrictions
Permitted Uses
You may use Adtru solely for:
- Connecting your Meta advertising accounts to track campaign performance
- Integrating your CRM systems to measure conversion attribution
- Analyzing advertising return on investment and campaign effectiveness
- Optimizing advertising spend based on revenue attribution data
- Generating reports and analytics for your business operations
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Adtru to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or servers
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct
- Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our platform
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Adtru without written authorization
Data Integration and Third-Party Services
Meta Platform Integration
By connecting your Meta advertising accounts to Adtru, you authorize us to:
- Access your Meta advertising data including campaigns, ad sets, and performance metrics
- Retrieve lead form submissions and conversion data from your Meta campaigns
- Send conversion events back to Meta to optimize your advertising campaigns
- Store and process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's Platform Terms
CRM Integration
By connecting your CRM system to Adtru, you authorize us to:
- Access lead, contact, and sales data from your CRM system
- Update records with advertising attribution information
- Synchronize conversion events and deal status updates
- Process this information to provide attribution analysis and reporting
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to connect third-party accounts
- Maintaining valid licenses and permissions for all integrated platforms
- Complying with the terms of service of Meta, your CRM provider, and other integrated services
- Ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data provided through integrations
Billing and Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Adtru operates on a subscription basis with pricing tiers based on your monthly advertising spend:
- Starter Plan: $0–$10,000 monthly ad spend
- Growth Plan: $10,000–$40,000 monthly ad spend
- Professional Plan: $40,000–$150,000 monthly ad spend
- Enterprise Plan: $150,000+ monthly ad spend
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your subscription
Refunds and Cancellations
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
- Upon cancellation, access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
- Data export options are available for 30 days following account cancellation
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
Target Pro Mastery LLC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in:
- The Adtru platform, including all software, technology, and algorithms
- All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements
- Documentation, user guides, and instructional materials
- All data processing methodologies and attribution algorithms
Your Rights
You retain ownership of:
- Your business data, advertising content, and CRM information
- Your company trademarks, logos, and brand materials
- Any content you create using our platform
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Adtru solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license automatically terminates upon violation of these Terms or termination of your account.
Privacy and Data Protection
Data Processing
Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Adtru, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls and authentication systems
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
Your Data Rights
You have the right to:

Service Availability and Support

- Third-party integration outages beyond our control

Response times vary by subscription level and issue complexity. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24–48 hours during business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Service Disclaimer
Adtru is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Target Pro Mastery LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to Adtru shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Target Pro Mastery LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of Adtru
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your breach of any third-party agreements or rights
- Any data or content you provide through the platform
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Providing 30 days written notice to support@adtru.ai
- Following the account cancellation process in your dashboard
- Ensuring all outstanding fees are paid in full
Termination by Us
We may terminate your account immediately without notice if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You fail to pay fees when due (after 7-day grace period)
- We determine termination is necessary to protect our platform or other users
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Adtru will be immediately suspended
- We will cease processing your advertising and CRM data
- You will have 30 days to export your data before deletion
- All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Providing notice via email or platform notifications
- Allowing a reasonable period for review before changes take effect
Continued use of Adtru after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account in accordance with these Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Adtru shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE if mediation is unsuccessful
Jurisdiction
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE for any legal proceedings related to these Terms or Adtru.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Target Pro Mastery LLC regarding Adtru and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
